About me
My name is Shimara Sheehan.
I Am an energy therapist, Spiritual teacher, Reiki Master, shamanic healer, grace healer, and a channel of high dimensional energies and frequencies.
I have been on a spiritual journey all my life and I am very committed to self-discovery and self-healing for the last 12 years of my life. I practice daily meditation, yoga, chanting, and connection with nature.
I am very passionate about spirituality. My journey has led me to learn different philosophies with different teachers who have help me to be more present, open-hearted, and have an open mind. It is from this space that I love to share my healing and knowledge with others.
I am a true believer that healthy daily habits like meditation, yoga, and simple exercises of presence can bring a deeper sense of purpose, joy, peace, and belonging.
I am very passionate about supporting others in reclaiming their good health, clear emotions, and a peaceful state of mind.
For the last couple of years, I have been teaching Self-mastery spiritual courses online (high vibrational wisdom teachings and processes). I also share sound circles and meditations for the community. I am also looking forward to teaching yoga and Reiki Level I, II later in 2023.

My training
I have been practicing with Reiki I & II for the last 18 years of my life.
I received my Reiki Masters in 2017.

- Certified and practicing Reiki-Usui Shiki Ryoho Level II in 1998.
Certified as a Grace healer by Qala in August 2015, USA.

Through the Holy Spirit, I am able to give Grace to people's spirit and soul, where all distortions are created. It's a true gift and honor to be able to share this powerful and transformational healing modality with humanity.
I am now completing my course and certification as a Holographic healer.
For the last seven years I have been studying with Ishtar and I have completed the course "Open to Channel" in 2016 and Path of the One Heart" in 2018 where I was trained as a Caretaker of the Sacred Light and also as Scriber (Akashic readings).
I channel Spirit and my Higher Self, and heal through shamanic practices, light language, sound, mudras, and light technology.
It has been very rewarding teaching the Path of Light and Path of Love for the last two years. These are wonderful high vibrational self-mastery courses channeled by Ishtar from the Ascended Masters. I am very excited to start teaching Open to Channel in 2023.

During a healing session, we work with my Higher self, The Family of Light, The Angels, The Archangels, The Ascended Masters, and Gaia.
At the end of 2023, I finished my training as a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
I am offering now private classes online or face to face.
